Kanban-System-Design (KMP I)

Basis for the improvement of the own work with Kanban is a virtual Kanban system with a Kanban board. The board represents the work, the system limits the amount of parallel work. If we use both, we can observe the events that can lead to Kaizen, i.e. small or large improvements. The Kanban system is created with STATIK: the systematic approach to introduce Kanban, in English: systems thinking approach to introducing Kanban.
The training introduces the Kanban method on the basis of values, principles and practices and helps the participants to advance the design of their own system with STATIK.

About the trainer

Florian Eisenberg ist seit 2012 Kanban Coaching Professional (KCP) und Akkreditierter Kanban Trainer (AKT) der Lean Kanban University. This made him one of the first professional trainers and coaches in the German-speaking world. He would like to pass on the knowledge and experience gained: as a trainer or coach and consultant.

Registration conditions

For registrations of at least 4 weeks before your desired date, we offer a discount of 200,- € on the regular training price. You will receive an invoice after your registration data has been received and processed by us, at the latest after the end of the event.

In case of cancellation of a registration made up to 20 days before the booked date, we will refund 50 of the training price. In case of cancellation less than 20 days before the booked date or no-show, no refund will be made. A surrogate can be appointed at any time.

We reserve the right to cancel a training date if there are not enough registrations for the implementation. In this case, we will of course refund 100 of the fees already paid.
