Agile working means strengthening the personal responsibility of each employee – self-organization and co-responsibility come into focus. Working agile reaches deeper than simply changing an organization or process once. The introduction of an agile organization is much more than an IT project and permeates the organization in its entirety.

Agile Transformation

An agile transformation is a holistic conversion of an organization to agile working, thinking and leading. An agile transformation is necessary for all corporations as well as larger and medium-sized companies that have already recognized agile organizational models and structures as a current and future competitive advantage.
For a successful transformation, not only expertise in agile methods is important. The holistic support of the change process in order to awaken the organization’s willingness to change is of particular importance in an agile transformation.

A transformation always aims at ambitious goals, which often can only be achieved by a complete rethinking of the way of working. From the goal of the transformation, the necessity and the orientation to go new ways motivates itself. The transformation strategy helps to set the right priorities and to pilot unknown topics in a targeted manner as well as to find and roll out the company’s own effective solution approaches. The Transformation Team drives change. From the transformation strategy, it sets up pilots to validate better ways in practice.
New approaches always create friction with the existing organization. It is the transformation team’s job to evaluate these obstacles and create sustainable solutions for the organization. If procedures have proven themselves in practice, the team organizes the roll-out.

In practice, we often actively accompany them to try out new methods in a sustainable way. Building your own competence through Scrum trainings and certifications
New skills and a fundamental understanding are required to actively and maturely shape change. The education of suitable forces through training & coaching is the key here. Our Scrum trainings offer you a solid basis for the implementation, which we offer through our Certified Scrum Trainers (CST) and Certified Enterprise Coaches (CEC) in the complete range; starting with the training to CSM – Certified Scrum Master and to CSPO – Certified Scrum Product Owner, etc..

Further Coaching
From the initial more intensive coaching, the organization drives the change independently. In addition, selective coaching from our side has proven its worth in order to set impulses and incentives for further change. For example, it makes sense to conduct additional assessments after 6-12 months to evaluate progress and alignment.
