However, these are completely different approaches than the established methods, with which desperate attempts are made to meet the constant change.

Further Coaching
From the initial more intensive coaching, the organization drives the change independently. In addition, selective coaching from our side has proven its worth in order to set impulses and incentives for further change. For example, it makes sense to conduct additional assessments after 6-12 months to evaluate progress and alignment.
