The basis for improving your own work with Kanban is a virtual Kanban system with a Kanban board. The board represents the work, the system limits the amount of parallel work. These are two of the six practices of the method. If we use them, we can immediately run our service better and also achieve sustainable improvements. The Kanban system is created with STATIK – the systematic approach to introducing Kanban. In English: Systems thinking approach to introducing Kanban.
The training introduces the Kanban method through values, principles and practices and helps participants to use STATIK to drive the design of their own system.

About the trainer

Florian Eisenberg has been a Kanban trainer since 2012, making him one of the first professional trainers and coaches in the German-speaking world. In many introductions and transitions, he has gained valuable experience, which he gladly shares in his trainings. Florian is author of the book “Kanban – more than notes”, translator of “Kanban. Understand, implement and apply”. His main interest is in modern leadership and how companies need to be structured to be value-adding for customers, employees and owners.

“I rely on the Kanban method to manage services: because it helps my clients make better decisions. Both at the work level and at the level where change is happening in terms of work processes. It achieves this by closely dovetailing the organization of work with reflection on the mode of operation itself,” says Florian Eisenberg.

Registration conditions

If you register at least 4 weeks before your desired date, we grant a discount of 200,- € on the regular training price. You will receive an invoice after we have received and processed your registration data, at the latest after the end of the event.

In case of cancellation of a completed registration up to 20 days before the booked date, we will refund 50% of the training price. In case of cancellation less than 20 days before the booked date or no-show, no refund will be made. A substitute person can be named at any time.

We reserve the right to cancel a training date if there are not enough registrations for it to take place. In this case we will of course refund 100% of the already paid fees.
